SUMMER TIME

柔らかな陽射しが
昨日の悲しみを
優しく包んでゆく
まぶしい夏の日よ

I want those peaches on the table
I want the watermelon red
And the warm sun creeping through the window
To ease me out of bed

I want the sand out there to lie on
And the sea out there to swim
So my heart can take a holiday
From breaking over him

Summertime when will you come
I want to put my light tings on
I want to put my winner life away
Summertime, I need a sunny day

And I want to drive forever
Want to roll my windows down
Get the breeze back on my body
Get my feet back on the ground

I want the sand out there to lie on
And the sea out there to swim
So my heart can take a holiday
From breaking over him

窓を開け放して
車を走らせる
吹き抜ける風を受けて
微笑む夏の日よ
